This is the third time I play face of the franchise all over again ... I can’t even get past the third game in year 2 why is this happening it’s getting annoying because you can’t even change your skill set in the beginning so you’re just wrecking teams 100+ to like 20
Community ManagerI have gone now through 3 different players and every time i shut down the console it deletes the progress. I havent even made it through a single season yet and this keeps deleting it. Coming from the older versions on my xbox 360, this is very frustrating. Seriously, how hard is it to just make the game saveable to the console? There has to be an easier way to keep this from happening. I dont want to sound like the old guy and be like "back in the day" but this is very frustrating and makes me want to return my game to the store since i bought a hard copy disk. Yall need to get this fixed ASAP

I really want to help you out with that, sounds extremely disappointing when you've gone through that many career saves.
I take it you're shutting down the console after a save is done in progress, otherwise that can cause the file to get corrupted.
Do you happen to be using an external hard drive for your console?
Do you have multiple save points for each Franchise? I tend to manually save a fresh file throughout my Franchise and alternate which save file to save the latest progress to. That way if worse case scenario happens and it gets corrupted, I can always go to the save file that is only a week behind. This is a habit I've done all my life going back to Half Life 2 when I got put in a bad spot causing me to start all over. :\
