I have the same issue expect I pay for playstation plus and the files still get deleted and I have no idea where they are. I dont know why it deletes them. I made it to the nfl 3 or 4 times and it deletes it after I turn the game off and on. Wish they could fix this or tell me WHERE THE CLOUD FILES ARE!
