I'm afraid in this case you'll need to have an active Xbox Live membership in order to access that save file because it's saved to the cloud servers which is an online service as an add on through an Xbox Live membership.

Hello I am new madden lantern he just recently bought it during the Black Friday deal. I was playing face of the franchise and after my debut game in the NFL it glitched out and took me back to the beginning. I just want to know why this is happening as a new madden player I am very unhappy with this. Also does face of the franchise involve ps plus if you want to play ?
