Madden 21 for PS5 H2H issues

Hello I just bought madden21 for PS5. I enjoy playing head 2 head games unfortunately 50 percent of the games lose connection with a wire!! I can lose connection before kick off resulting in a loss or sometimes a win. Sometimes it happens during the game. I do not understand the problem. At this point the game is unbearable to play and I just recently purchased. I am hoping the support staff here can give me a resolution.  Thanks in advance.
