Madden 21 Franchise Mode Crash: Error Code (CE-34878-0)

Summarize your bug After every simulated franchise game it will crash and not save any progress.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Slow sim all the way to the end of a franchise mode game. Or Start the game and then exit out after starting a game. It seems to just happen whenever you finish a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error Code (CE-34878-0) on PS4 after crashing.
What do you expect to see? I'm supposed to expect seeing the game and not a blue screen crash once the game ends.

This is the second time this game breaking bug has entered the game. Something in the latest patch has caused it to happen again. It needs to be addressed.

    Error code CE-34878-0 keeps popping up after I finish any game in franchise mode I can sim but not actually play I understand this was a recent issue but I’m having it now with all current updates on game/consol

    Did this get fixed? I’m having a similar issue except with me and my opponent can’t even get into the game at all. We get the screen where you can pick playbooks, then when both of us ready up and load into the game, that’s when we get the error message.

    Same thing is happening to me every time i try to quit a game or hit finish game at the end.  It never fails.  I saw posts about this going back to August, how have we not gotten a fix on this yet?

    It is sad that ongoing or recurring issues like this have become the expectation for a franchise that I have grown up with over 40 years of gaming.  If the same effort and attention to detail were given to franchise mode as adding new ways to micro-transact more money from gamers then we would all have a mode that exceeds our expectations each year.  Unfortunately even after the outcry I’m the Madden 21 cycle to fix franchise mode we are left with half measures and empty promises from EA.  The decline of an icon in sports gaming is disappointing to say the least.
