This just happened on my offline franchise season 2 game one on pc. Opponents score/stats normal and erased all my stats and score and said I lost the game. Extremely frustrating as there is no way for me to go back and replay the game or anything. I’m basically set back a game on all my stats can’t have undefeated season so basically ruined my franchise. I’ve found this game to be very buggy and already want my money back.
This just happened to me as well, so infuriating. I play a game in offline franchise and win 35-27, after the game is over I end up with an L 0-27... I can't seem to go back and force win either so not only did I waste my time my season is screwed up.
