madden 21 free upgrade

Hello,

I cannot upgrade my madden 21 version it says i need a disc but i bought it digitslly.

what should i do?

    @champ434 The rep you talked to may not be aware of the new procedure. Please reach out to them again and advise they are supposed to drain the trial time so you can get the offer for the upgrade. I'm sorry that happened to you.

    Still nothing. I’ve talked to 3 people. They don’t know anything about the time trial. If you know somebody that know somebody that can assist please let me know
