Madden 21 Help
Purchased Madden 21 for Xbox One in August. Just upgraded to Xbox Series S. Where do I get the code and validation to play digital on Xbox Series S

Hello,
I am having issues with Madden 21 booting up. I bought the game from BestBuy a few days ago for my Xbox series X. When I inserted the disc it started to install instantly.
After install I click on the Series X Madden game tab and it sent me to the game store. I am able to play the Xbox one version but not the series X version.
I wasn't sure if this was an Xbox issue or an EA issue.

Community Manager@edz2891 The update for next-gen releases on December 4th. You should be able to access that version on that date.
Ok... I'm sorry I was unaware that is was later. Sorry for the ignorance on my behalf. Thank You for the reply though!!!
- EA_Blueberry@edz2891 No worries. We announced the details on Next-Gen today so it's understandable how players will be excited about it thinking it's today.
