Madden 21 Initial download bug

@Madden__brady13 did you already try to delete the game completely before starting the download again? Maybe restarting your internet equipment and console before restarting the download might be helpful too.

my suggestion is similar to "clearing the cache" (see here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/).
