Hey @EA_Kent , you were the representative I talked with last time, and idk if I'm necessarily supposed to tag you guys but I honestly don't know what else to do. Nothing is working and no one is really responding. Do you have any other suggestions? Because the problem is actually getting worse.

I see that we spoke about some similar issues toward the end of last year. I'm sorry to hear this is still giving you trouble.
I remember that you mentioned you were in college when we last spoke. Are you still a student? If so, are you living on campus and using your school's internet connection?

No I am at home. I am going to a community college for now and with the pandemic everything here went to online anyways.

@EA_Kent But if it helps give you any idea what the issue might be, I have literally not been able to play the game since Tuesday because of this issue.

Got it, thanks for the details.
It's possible there may still be a connectivity issue happening that's causing these crashes. Do you have more than one Xbox connecting to your network at the same time?

@EA_Kent No I do not. However, last night at around 11 all of a sudden I didn't have ANY issues... which doesn't make any sense. I will keep you updated if anything starts to happen again but for the moment at least it seems to have fixed itself I guess.
