Were you ever able to try setting a different DNS on your Xbox to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this. To change your DNS follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Xbox Settings, then go to Network.
2. Choose Advanced Settings, then select DNS Settings.
3. Select Manual
4. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS, then enter 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.

@EA_Kent I did that and it hasn't affected anything. The issues haven't changed. Now it's happening everytime I load into a game across the platform. (and was before I changed the DNS) I mean at least the game loads up at all but I still can't play anything unless I get lucky and one solo loads here or there

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you meant in your most recent post. Do you mean that any game you try to launch is crashing now? This was already happening before you changed the DNS?/Kent
@EA_Kent I'm sorry, i just read that back and that doesn't make much sense. What I meant was that any game mode in madden 21 won't let me load into a game. Meaning in like MUT or Franchise, I can get into the mode itself, but whenever I try to start up a game or solo challenge it freezes early on in the loading screen. Maybe 1 out of every 5 tries I will get things to work, but it is pretty uncommon. And yes this issue was happening before I changed the DNS and is persisting after I changed it.
And just a side note, I appreciate you just kinda trying to work things out with me. It's been unbelievably frustrating but you helping me out has at least given me some hope that we'll find the issue and get it fixed.
@EA_Kent also, idk if this is related, but today I've been getting a pop-up asking me if I want to continue the trial... As in the ea access trial. Why is that happening?

Thanks for the clarification! That helps a lot.
The trial issue is actually just a visual bug. Since you already own the game you can disregard that. It should go away once the free trial weekend has ended.
Do you have access to a PC on the same network that your Xbox is connected to? If so, would you mind running a test called a UO Trace from your PC? That should give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we may be able to spot it.

I installed madden 21 last night and it has constantly frozen my PS4 to where I’ve had to do four power cycles just to get it to work again.

Yes,
I downloaded the game and at first it was working and then it started to lag really bad (I wasn't playing online just Face of the Franchise). Then it kept freezing every time I would restart the console.

Hmm, gotcha.
Can you give this a shot for me to see if helps at all? Highlight Madden NFL 21 on your Xbox dashboard, then hit the Menu button on your controller. Go to Manage game & add-ons, then scroll down to Save Data. Highlight the saved data for your Gamertag, then choose the Delete Everywhere option.
