Madden 21 Loading out of MUT game error

Summarize your bug When you’re playing a seasons game and an opponent decides to leave the game in the pause menu, you get prompted with a “peer has conceded the game” message. However, upon loading out, you get stuck in a never ending X Factor database loading screen. The only way to return back to ultimate team is to close the app which always give you the loss. I’ve had it happen 3 times in one season.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think it has to do with people quitting via the pause menu, potentially before halftime.
What happens when the bug occurs? You never actually load out of the game... you get stuck in an infinity loading screen (the x factor database one) and you cant get back in ultimate without getting a loss.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see me load back into Madden Ultimate Team’s home screen after my peer has left the game early. Not get stuck in a loading out screen. I also want the Win for a game I was beating my opponent in. I feel cheated.

I don’t know if I can because I’ve given up after 3 hours of waiting on the screen in total after 3 different times. So I haven't seen if something eventually happens. If there is something that does it takes more than 1-2 hours for it to happen. And I don’t like letting my xbox just sit idly while I don’t do anything. And for some reason you always get the loss, even if madden 21 acknowledges that the opponent quits.
