I have tried reinstalling and still same issue. This occured after the upate this morning

@fiyibomi i could get in but it wouldnt let me select anygame modes or anything. Whenever I pressed X on a game mode or anything that I can press x on it closed it out. I wasnt able to play a game even after getting in. The loading bar stops at "flipping the coin"

so several weeks and updates later, my madden 21 is still stuck on buckling chinstrap and won't load. wtf is EA doing to solve this problem?

Same for me, I’ve chatted with ea support and they couldn’t tell what was the problem. I did everything I could think of, uninstall the game, delete all the data, delete my psn from the ps4, hard reset the ps4. Still freeze at the same place every time.

I also have the same problem. Freezes at "Showtime" every time. Good thing I only have the free trial so far, spent 90 minutes of the 10 hours so far, and haven't even reached the main menu...

My madden 21 on PS4 used to work. Then, after ur update, it now won't get past buckling the chinstrap. It is just frozen there. I have deleted and reinstalled, same goddamn problem.
how can a game that makes so much money for ea be such a buggy piece of *?

hi, i keep trying to log into madden on ps4 but everytime i try i get stuck at "Buckling Chinstrap" ive deleted the application and i still have the same problem
