Madden 21 MVP edition packs

I’m game sharing with someone who bought the Madden 21 MVP edition and I didn’t receive my packs.

I just bought the MVP Edition of the game and I did not receive my 89OVR Jerry Rice. I’ve looked all over thinking I missed it somewhere but no, doesn’t seem to be here. $100 bucks and I don’t even get what I paid for. Please fix this.
