Madden 21 Next Level Edition

Just purchased and downloaded Madden 21 Next Level Edition. It had said in the description I’d receive 6 90+ MUT players and I have not received them.

    When you go to My Games & Apps>Highlight Madden NFL 21>Select Manage Game>Do you see any content waiting to be installed?

    If not, please contact our Support team at Help.EA.com or on Twitter. Be prepared to provide a Proof of Purchase of this from your PlayStation / Xbox purchase history. They will be able to add this pack to your account.

    I'm sorry for making you go an extra step, but these players are totally worth it and I don't want you to miss out on them. They'll give your team a much needed immediate boost.
