Madden 21 not showing up in my library

    Hey @brownsfan06. 

    In my experience with pre-ordering games on PS4 it won't show up in your library until the game is available for download. That usually doesn't happen until the game launches, unless there's a pre-load. 

    I haven't heard if there are plans to offer a pre-load for Madden 21, but once the game is available for download you should see it in your game library.

Had the same problem man. I went through a bunch of videos on youtube. It turns out that it is some sort of glitch. The game will not be able to show up for auto-download until 8/22, and will be available to play at 8/25 12 am est. You can see the countdown and the auto-download date by going through the 10% deal in the Madden 20 main menu. You shouldn't have anything to worry about, it will be available on release.
