I'd like to try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the issues you and your friend are seeing. I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help site. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:
- Xbox One
- PC

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent its not a connection issue we play the game all the way thru just fine when we finish it at the hub for franchise it says the game is able to be played again like we never did anything
- 5 years ago@EA_Kent hello? this shouldnt be happening and the fix to everything cant be connection.
