My son received Madden '21 for Christmas. However, he is unable to access any online features. I've tried contacting EA twice now and both contacts ended with the same result. Children are not permitted to sign-in and access any online features on Madden '21. However, they were able to on Madden '20. What changed from Madden '20 to Madden '21 and why? I would like to hear an explanation from EA. Has anyone seen one anywhere? It essentially makes purchasing the new game (which we already did) useless. My son enjoys using the Ultimate Team feature. He can no longer do that. He is 10. It appears the only options are to let him continue playing the '20 version (which is his choice as of today) or to create a new user account for him with an age over 13 but then lose all of his progress. So, my son will still be playing Madden '20 in 2023. That doesn't sound wise. What are the odds that EA addresses and changes this?
