Madden 21 Server cannot process request

I found a solution Try these steps, it worked for me.
1. Log in to your EA account on PC or Mac.
2. Go to settings and deny the access to your Xbox one account. No worries, nothing will erase
3. When you open the ea play app on the console, it will ask you if you want to link again your account. Click “yes”
4. Should be able to access the main menu5. After you access the menu, close out and open Madden 21, then try launching Ultimate team
