@EA_Blueberry did you actually read through the posts on this, because it's pretty consistent that it only happens on the next gen consoles running the next gen version of the game. I'm glad your imagination has led you to believe that this must be impacting PS4 and XB1 players, but that is simply not supported by the evidence.
I can almost appreciate your comment from the other thread (
https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Can-not-play-the-challenges-on-madden-21/m-p/10052314#M10376) that you have been out for a week so were not caught up, but now you have certainly had a chance to read through a mere 7 pages of posts, unless my previous guess that the ea team just doesn't care is true.
In the last week, how many people have now tried uninstalling and reinstalling or deleting their save data (a major annoyance by the way, since all my play call history and favorites are gone) because a member of the EA team told them to even though this is a known issue and those solutions do no good.
This is a major bug and an awful response from the entire ea team. Keep a tight grip on that exclusive contract, it's really the only to keep any of us playing the worst of the major sports games out there.
