Madden 21 Team

9-4 Rams ... 81 overall  7-6 Raiders ... 82 overall 4-9 chargers ... 82 overall how can these teams be rated higher than the Rams considering the teams and records

I don’t understand how a 4-9 chargers rated 82 overall or a 7-6 Las Vegas Raiders rated 82 overall can be rated higher than a 9-4 LARams team 81 overall.

    Overall team ratings can be lowered while the skill ratings of the players are not changed as much. You can have very talented teams finish a season with a poor record. It doesn't mean they're a team made up of untalented players, they just couldn't finish games.
