@piddlefingers Kraelo said that it is under investigation and it might be necessary to contact help.ea.com (but the way he said this seemed to be that he is just guessing). since the amount of players who report this bug is growing and growing, the EA Help team most likely is not able to handle all of them. therefore I'd guess they will have to find a general solution.

@ELTCMH unfortunately, this bug has been reported by a lot of players. Kraeolo mentioned it in Good Morning Madden today, so there should be a solution soon, hopefully.

it is not clear yet how this issue will be solved (as I just wrote the information on Good Morning Madden was vague).
regarding the week 8-14 stacked player, at first I thought there is a bug too (I did not get the correct item) but I got the correct pack 2 hours later. I hope this is true for all players too.

Just to see what would happen, I spoke to EA help again today. They advised me to post a topic here and then to keep on waiting, so I would hazard a guess and say that GMM and the Madden Support crew aren't on the same page there.

I am still having this issue. I contacted EA Help and they told me to comment in this forum. Please fix this EA! The game isn't fun to play when we don't get the rewards that we earn!!

I earned 52 stars on the weekly 50 challenges and I never got a pack where I got to choose my free 91-93 player! I just got a pack to choose between three 86 players

From eahelp today l. They said it expired 12/18/20, how does solo battles expire?

@PimpKilleR_6ou3 the member of the support team definitely misunderstood your issue. as you wrote correctly (as shown in the screenshot), this reward is related to Solo Challenge milestones and they do not expire.

since there is no information yet how the MUT team solves this issue, I'd propose to still wait a bit. but if they do not find a solution that is applied to all affected players automatically, I'd definitely contact them again and clarify the issue.

sidenote: in this post you wrote 'Solo Battles'. Solo Battles expire every week and are replaced by a new weekly event.
