Latest update January 6th, all of my franchises and careers have been deleted. I opened my Madden and it gave me an error message about update. Everything has been deleted..

Both PC and XB1 Online Franchises are currently gated as we continue to address the issue.
My files are still missing from my PS5. I’ve already had to start over once because my PS4 franchise wouldn’t transfer to PS5 and I was year 6 in that one. Now I’m in year 3 on PS5 and my files are missing. Please help!!!
