Summarize your bug i and other players from my online franchise are unable to login to our league. this is not an issue for other online leagues we have.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? an error screen pops up saying that they are aware of the issue but it is not fixed

when I started the game today and wanted to enter my franchise game, I've seen that there was a file conversion which took a few seconds. I assume, this conversion was not triggered for you. my first approach would be to restart the game and try to open it again. maybe this triggers the conversion?

Any answers i'm having the issue on my franchise as well.
nope no response over the last 36 hours. not surprised with this support from ea tho 👍
issue has persisted for at least 14 hours for my league. beyond ridiculous.
For me, it's been 2 days now... utterly ridiculous.
All PC CFMs are having this issue atm, with no communication as to why or how long it's going to be. This is unacceptable.
more and more players are reporting an issue with online franchise leagues. I did not see any solution or official respones yet, but in order to focus the discussion/reporting I'd suggest to use the first link below (since it is the longest thread at the moment). Same here. Inaccessible for 30 hours and counting.
Still not working!! Has EA commented if these franchise files are coming back or not? Love this one franchise with my brother would stink if it is lost. On 6th season. EA let us know!!! Please.
