Yeah okay so? Are those files just not going to get converted?

@Pushpenpro not sure. I'm just a player like you and shared my observation trying to help you. if you are not able to trigger the conversion, you might have to contact help.ea.com.

maybe power cycling your device might trigger the conversion (but that's just a shot in the dark). on what platform (pc, ps, xbox) are you playing?

    PC, nobody in the league can load it so I doubt there's anything I can do locally. I'll try to reach out but this is a big oof, its the only league thats broken as well

      @Pushpenpro I can imagine how frustrating this is for you. in particular, if it feels like one can't do anything against it. I had 29 DNFs in MUT Solo Battles last year due to disconnects, and was not able to find a solution... ☹️

        ive been trying to play my franchise mode for like 9 hours now but I am getting this same error. I've run out of ideas to try. I have no idea how to even convert the files like you said so any information would be great
