Hey @hitman7400, 

Did you get any sort of error or notification when you tried playing your Franchise? It sounds like the save file may have been corrupted.

This is the first time anyone on EA's side has commented on this issue. It's been ongoing for 30+ hours and counting. Countless reports from so many users. It's a huge problem with online Franchise across all platforms.
