Hey @hitman7400, 

Did you get any sort of error or notification when you tried playing your Franchise? It sounds like the save file may have been corrupted.

@EA_Kent PLEASE contact someone who can resolve this. It's been down for over a day and there's been ZERO acknowledgement from EA's side.
