I might as well Join the club same issue for me with my Franchise/League...been happening for about 16 hours now...typical for support not to know what is wrong and not know how to fix it.

If you switched it from the new face of the franchise to classic the. Your save will be under the franchise mode not face of the franchise, I just figured this out myself
