Madden 21 Trial Connection Issue

Question

I downloaded the Madden 21 Trial from EA play on my Xbox one 2 days ago and it won't connect to the EA server meaning I can't play. I tried restarting my Xbox, deleting the reserved files and deleting the game and waiting another 6 hours for the game to reinstall yet it still hasn't let me play once. Any other tips? I've ran through every single connecting solution I can find on this site yet it's still not working.
