Madden 21 Twitch Drops
Just to give a update to anyone that's read and been interested in my post on the Madden 21 Twitch drops. Although on my response from Twitch they state that the Drops are not guaranteed i am getting at least 1 drop from each Twitch stream i am viewing as long as they have drops enabled so i am glad to say i am getting sometimes 10 drops per day now as long as i visit the Twitch stream just follow the Madden Live Daily schedule and you should get a drop as long as you make sure and double check that your EA, Twitch & Amazon Prime accounts are all correctly linked. Sadly its my other Gamer Tag that is benefiting from Game Drops not my main EA account i want to use as it wont link to Twitch, but i am very grateful none the less.
Sadly though my main EA account still wont link to Twitch no matter what i do i get the dreaded "Something went wrong" error.I have spoken to EA Help on Twitter and on Live Chat to great lengths but no one can resolve this issue for me as of yet.I have 2 other EA accounts and they will connect to Twitch with no issues. I have done all the liking un-linking at Twitch side which i was advised by EA is all you need to do no need to un-link from EAs side (link does not work any way it also gives error Technical Error) as long as you disconnect EA from the Twitch end you should be able to re- link any of your EA accounts and having tried it with another EA account of mine on same Twitch ID it links no problem.
On my First post i mentioned not getting any drops after being on many twitch streams again following the Madden Daily Live schedule, that way you know you will definitely or should get at least 1 drop for viewing.I just want to briefly explain why i said what i said in my first post,so here goes for any one that`s interested.
So to explain,i tried linking my main EA account to Twitch as it was already linked to my Amazon account i was good to go. I got the "Something Went Wrong" message leading me to believe its not successfully linked (i was right but was unaware of this at the time but i suspected it wasn't linked anyway). I then spoke to EA on Live chat and was assured that my Twitch account was linked to my EA account. The Adviser even disconnected the the link to my EA account (or so i was told) from there end i then disconnected & re-connected at Twitch end and Adviser confirmed to me that they could see that i had re linked after they disconnected from there end so all good so far.
So armed with thinking that i was all linked up i went in Twitch stream's again following the Live Schedule but no Game Drops on my Gamer Tag.I viewed all Day (missed loads drops unknowingly as i was under impression i was all linked up) and the next Day and so on you get the picture here. So to prove my self wrong or right i tried an experiment i linked another of my EA accounts to my my Main Twitch account and i get the drops in Game on my other Gamer Tag associated with my EA account as for nay one unfamiliar with that side you can only have 1 Xbox one PSN Gamer Tag on each EA account.Pity its not my main EA account. Rant over, lol.
I would just like to say a BIG thank you to EA help on Twitter and live chat for putting up with me.Even though my issue is still not resolved thanks for the help and support it is much appreciated.
