Madden 21 Weekend League Rewards

As everyone knows, there are 4 ways to earn a Weekend League pass. If you do not, then you can not participate in the WL (not including this pass WL because it was open to all). So how can EA support tell me that I did not meet the criteria to earn WL rewards when I played said WL. I've asked and asked but keep being told I don't meet the criteria. How can I not meet the criteria if I was being able to participate in the WL. Sorry but that is not possible. If you don't earn a WL pass, you can not play therefore not earn rewards. Can some please explain to me.
