Madden 21 Will not Load
I downloaded the preordered Madden 21 on Monday and right from the start I am having problems. My brother and I share an EA account and we are not able to play online at the same time. This was never a problem for Madden 20 Madden 19, Apex, etc. I figured out the problem was that we share an EA account but I can not unlink them since we had played apex in the past, which prevents you from unlinking accounts. I figured this out through five calls to EA Help, and have come to the point where we must create a whole new playstation account and EA account for it to possibly work. Please let me know if there is any other way. Or any way to help get back the money i spent on the game including the extra 20 dollars to preorder it.
If you're both in the same household you can play against each other in offline modes, however if it's an online match you both must have your own unique EA account with a unique Gamertag/PSN ID linked to them.
