Have you tried a power cycle yet?
Blue screens are generally a hardware failure. Do you have enough ventilation room for your console fans? If your PS4 is in tight quarters, check to see if it's covered in dust and put in the open.
How to power cycle your PS4 console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
If you have anything plugged into the USB slots on your PS4 like a controller charging doc or other random device, unplug them to see if that helps. I've seen controller charging stations cause strange technical issues, or dongles from Guitar Hero causing screens to lock up.
If you're on PC and can't load up the game, please create a new thread and label the title "Can't load up the game - PC" so we don't mix console and PC troubleshooting in the same thread. Please include a DxDiag so we can review your system specifications and any error messages.
