Madden 21 won't load, says I'm offline, and I am online

Just picked EA Play through Steam.   Installed Origin, downloaded the game.   But it won't start.  Window pops up after a bit and tells me Error We've noticed your computer is currently offline.  T...

    @EA_Blueberry Just thought I'd update. It took a wipe and reinstall of windows. Windows itself was corrupted it seems. But all is good now!

Hey there! Do you know if you have any Windows Updates pending to be installed?

It could also be a program running in the background conflicting with Origin. Try a clean boot, then immediately launch Origin as administrator right when the PC turns back on. Launch Madden NFL 21.

@EA_Blueberry Just thought I'd update. It took a wipe and reinstall of windows. Windows itself was corrupted it seems. But all is good now!

    @Vortus_SVO Sorry to hear you had to go that route to play our game. Perhaps a fresh reinstall of the Windows well help avoid errors for others game in the future though.
