WHY IS THE 49ERS RATING 81 WHEN I PLAY LOGGED IN AND 89 WHEN I PLAY AS A GUEST? HOW DO I GET THE 89 TEAM RATING AS IT SHOULD BE WHEN I PLAY ONLINE? PLEASE HELP!

On your main account go to Settings from the main menu in game and at the bottom check for live content.
You should see the latest rating in game when you go to play an opponent in an online H2H game because it will force you to have the latest update prior to matchmaking.It says there is no live content and I have the latest roster and updates whenever I do that. If I play as a guest and not my profile the teams like Saints is 93 and Niners 89. But if I play under my profile and I am logged in it has the Saints ratings is 89 and the Niners is 81. Just not sure how to fix this.

If you play an online H2H game do you see the player ratings in-game match up with the ratings you're seeing under the guest account?
This could always be a caching issue. If power cycling the console doesn't work, re-installing the game could be an option.
