Summarize your bug Hello, since 10/27 when I try to access madden 22 from my Xbox one my account access is denied. I am unable to play any of the game modes. Terms of service team has checked and I do not have a ban. I was emailed troubleshooting steps to follow that have not worked. I am able to access the game from another account on my Xbox one. However my MUT is on the account that is being denied access. This has been a very frustrating issue not being able to play a game that I purchased. I would greatly appreciate some help getting this resolved.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As soon as I fire up madden 22 it pops up a window stating my account is being denied access.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not play the game at all.
