Hey, @ClutchNukez
There have been some issues with this feature in the past and the team pushed out a fix. It's possible you're an early report of it not working but I've also seen this related to connectivity or caching. Can you try these steps below and let me know if it's still not working?
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Unfortunately I have tried all of these things and none of them did me any good I still cannot access the community files.

Have you tried clearing the saved game data? That has helped fix it for players in the past on Xbox, however you will lose offline save progress.- 4 years ago
I've done everything listed above, still cannot access community files. Just says, connection to the server has been lost. Literally not one thing I've tried has changed this. Something is broken on EA's end.
