Madden 22 EA Play Glitch

Question

Hi,My EA play trial ended a few days ago, but I own Madden 22. I am able to play MUT, but I cannot play franchise. Whenever I attempt to it sends me to choosing a game pass subscription. I'm not sure what to do as I cannot even begin a new franchise. I attached 2 images that showcase what happens when I click on a franchise file. Thank you for any help!
