Madden 22 forced retirement in season 30 after pro bowl

When playing franchise as a coach in season 30 you are allowed to play the entire season and the playoffs until the pro bowl. Even though your team is in the Super Bowl the game forces your coach to retire immediately after simulating the pro bowl. A message displays saying that your coach has retired after 29 years. You are not allowed to play the Super Bowl. I have attempted multiple solutions to get around this glitch. I have even simulated another franchise for all 30 seasons and the problem occurs every time. I simply want to play the final Super Bowl of my 30 year franchise. It is so frustrating and makes me not want to play the game anymore. I have been playing Madden for decades and I am extremely frustrated. After putting in all the effort to play 30 seasons and then having the game disappoint you at the very last game is the last straw. I have no interest in purchasing the 23 game due to this frustration. Is there any chance that this issue can be resolved or perhaps a work around can be presented that has not occurred to me.
