Madden 22 Franchise Ability Glitch

Date/time issue occurred Probably started around a month ago.

Summarize your bug There is a problem with some of the player's 2nd ability not unlocking and it stays locked. I have Anthony Schwartz to a 92 OVR X Factor and he still has his 2nd ability locked. There's a few other people in our league who are experiences the same problem.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess it happens randomly to people who develop their players from (Normal - Star) to (Superstar - X Factor). Or to put it simply it happens to players who didn't start off with abilities and you develop them get abilities. I don't know as much as what all positions it happens to but from what I've seen so far its just happened to the Wide Receiver group.
What happens when the bug occurs? Won't allow players to unlock their 2nd ability who meet the criteria.
What do you expect to see? The 2nd ability always usually unlocks at either 85 or 90 OVR but I developed my player to a 92 and he still hasn't gotten his ability.
