Same, decided it give the game another go from launch but obviously doesn’t want me to. I’m on series x

Did you both happen to change your Gamertag names in the last year?@EA_Blueberry Nope, haven’t changed mine for many a year. I’m unable to move past selecting where to start the season. Soon as I press pre season it boots me completely off madden and I have to boot the game up again.

Okay thanks for confirming.
So we are definitely aware of some crashing and saves not loading for Franchise but when players generally experience an issue where the game crashes or dashboards them right away when they play the game or navigating menus it tends to be corrupted files, software update, or hardware issue.
Are you using an external hard drive for your console (regardless if it's for Madden) or have any devices plugged into the console at the moment?Can you let me know what steps you've tried on your end to fix it? Reinstalls, factory resets, etc?
