Summarize your bug Every time I go into an existing franchise or a new franchise and I go to play a game the controller on my screen is between the 2 teams and not on my teams side and it won’t let me play it just freezes on that screen. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting my Xbox, deleting and red pawn loading the game, unplugging my Xbox, updating my controller, using a different controller, and using a different account but none of these have worked. I went on madden 21 and I was able to play but on madden 22 it’s not. And it’s not anything with settings.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find it in the franchise mode when I attempt to play a game against the cpu
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs it won’t let me do anything on the screen like change my jerseys or start the game. My only option available is to back out of the screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my problem solved because I play franchise a lot and I’m frustrated not being able to play when I’ve tried everything I can to resolve it. If it can’t be solved I would like my money back and the next madden for free because it’s not my fault that the game isn’t working and I bought the game to play all of the modes and with this bug I’m not getting that.

The photo attached shows my controller stuck in the middle of the screen and there are no arrows that direct me to my teams side which there usually are. I tried to attach a video below but it won’t allow me to.
