Just like to let you know that Madden is a horrible game. 

I try to play madden 22 Franchise (Cloud) and one it says I’m not commissioner so I can’t delete the franchise, it doesn’t let me play games in franchise, the controller just sits in the middle of the 2 teams, I can’t download a draft class… what is the point of having a game and mode if it’s broken. Truly. 

when I make trades, I have to leave the trade center to then make another, because it won’t let me trade another player. 

when I want to use a different roster it gives me the “can’t connect to ea” basically just saying to go screw myself. Which this is all cool and fine, just don’t charge people 60$ a year to play it. At most 25$ because we enjoy the NFL. We don’t enjoy your game. No one does. It’s broken. Slow. Unfinished. Animated all over. The gameplay is trash. Abilities are trash. It’s strange how year after year you manage to suck at making a game after getting feedback. No one wants EA involved in any game. 

Star Wars you screwed up, madden you screwed up, now somehow you got your hands on NCAA (pain) because you guys are gonna screw it up and make it horrible. Thank god Respawn has control over apex because man you would have made that horrible. 

I hope this reaches to someone and not some stupid bot that doesn’t know anything.

Hey there, @TheBigDx2x 

Regarding the comnmissioner error, that is likely due to too many save files across your offline modes. Please try removing all cloud and local save files.

Based off what you're describing with the other error messages, it's likely due to having 2 or more personas of the same platform on your EA account.

Visit profile.ea.com and check to see if you have more than one Gamertag or PSN ID. If you have multiple, you'll want to remove the one you do not mind losing EA progress on. Once that Gamertag/PSN ID is removed you need to attach it to a new EA account by simply logging into Madden again. It will prompt you with account creation in which you'll want to use a different email address.

Once that is done those other error messages like not being able to connect should cease. If it continues please let me know. Sorry to hear about how frustrating it's been for you. Let me know if those steps help.

    Or your game is just broken. I use to be able to play and add draft classes earlier when the game came out but now I can’t. So idk what to tell you

      That specific issue with the draft classes is being investigated by the team. The roster sharing feature has unfortunately been up and down throughout the season and we should hopefully have it addressed in the near future. Let me know if you got any questions or need to chat about the areas of the game we'll let the team know about.
