Madden 22 loses connection to server

5 months ago my Xbox kept getting an error when trying to do challenges, stating “unable to connect to ea server”. Still says that error today when trying to complete challenges. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method to fix this issue with no success. So I just stopped trying challenges in ultimate team, and just play head to head to build the team.

Yesterday, I pre ordered Madden 23, and now I can’t even play head to head in ultimate team bc it gives me the error “connection to the server has been lost.”  I again tried all the listed fixes including manual inputting the DNS address 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Nothing has fixing this issue including wired connection. I want EA to please fix this issue or refund me the money for Madden 22 and Madden 23. I’d prefer a fix bc I love playing the game but I can’t if they still have this bug. Please help!
