Why am I not getting 10% off when I am trying to purchase madden 21 through madden 20?
THE MADDEN DISCOUNT TILE SEND US TO THE PLAYSTATION BROWSER NOT THE PLAYSTATION STORE TO GIVE US THE 10% DISCOUNT !!!!!

@_w3_dem_boyz_19Ea is no help. Sent a DM on Twitter. They replied "it is possible if you are not receiving the discount that the offer might be expired, you can always check with the Playstation Store just in case"
How much more generic can they be?
It literally states to get the discount you must use the in game tile. The 10% loyalty discount is not available directly from the PS Store...
They did bt they dont know hw long it will take time fix it
My friend and I are both also having this problem on the PS4. It will only give an EA Access discount, and not an additional loyalty discount.
