How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to mut & attach morph card. Unattach the morph card. Try to say if the card slot says required or not

Summarize your bug Won’t let me play weekend league. Shows I’m 2-0 but it’s all of a sudden locked. Says I didn’t qualify even though I’m 2-0 in rewards ranking. My biggest concern & problem is my lineup is saying my morph card is activated. When it’s not. But the slot it goes in says required. But I only have morph cards to add. So if I can’t add anything but morph cards. My line up in stuck in a invalid line up. I took the cards off completely. Re made a entirely new line up. I even reinstalled madden 22. No luck.

Ok gentlemen. I think I solved the issue. Least I solved mine on my own account. I noticed I could play on Xbox 1. Well usually if you switched between the series & one. It will say “this event has been started on another console. Would you like to end that?” Well if Xbox 1 lets me play h2h. But not house rules. & Xbox series won’t let me play h2h. But house rules. It means I started a season on my Xbox 1 by accident.
So I lost 4 games in a row. Didn’t start a new season on Xbox 1. Generated in line up from scratch. Switch over to Xbox series. It worked

It workedI just higlighted the card from main strategy screen and the hit square. Then remove card and it unlocks online play.My team adjust lineup.. then scroll to strategy highlight morph card and hit square (item options) ps4 not sure x box square equvalent .. then remove card instead of substituting it. This unlocked my online play optionsThank you for letting us know what helped out! I'm going to mark this solved as a solution so it helps increase visibility around those that could experience the same issue. I didn't think to ask if you played on the other gen version of the game to start your games, so I'll let the team know the previous message is now being overran by the Monster Morph messaging.

Hey, MUT Community.
If you're getting an error message "MUT Level Undefined Required" it could be because you have a Monster Morph item in your lineup that will need to be removed or you started a H2H season, Salary Cap Ranked, or Solo Battles on a different version of the game. For example, if you play on PS5 but then decided to play the game on PS4. If you started playing a season on the PS4 version of the game, finish that season out first. The Xbox Series X/S and PS5 consoles have an option to install both the Gen 4 and Gen 5 versions of the game.
