Same thing is happening to me on ps5 just bought the game and friends list is empty when I have 5 friends who play the game.

Are they also playing on PS5? If so, if you delete each other from your friends list and re-add each other does that fix it?
Do you have notifications enabled on your PlayStation account?
Players can also invite their friends to games by inviting them through the PlayStation Party system.I am also having this issue. My wife can see me on her friends list along with my clan mates, but my friends list stays empty.
I'm on PC and have tried both EA Desktop and Origin.
Did you guys ever find a resolution?
- Any updates on this? I have forwarded ports, and also reset router. Uninstalled from Origin, and Reinstalled via EA Desktop with same issue.
