I’m trying to play head to head with friends who also have this game but they’re not coming up on my friends list. I can play online with randoms but not with my friends. They’re playing same game but on ps4 when I have ps5. Is that the issue because it is I think it’s not right that you wouldn’t be able to play even if the game is the same

Do you know if you and your friend are playing on the same version of the game? You have to both be on the Gen 5 or Gen 4 version together.
The Series X and S allows you to download two different versions of the game with Dual Entitlement.
Community AdminOn a side note, if you pull up your friends list on your Xbox console you can always see who is playing what game. If you're looking to invite some friends that is an option. Inviting them to a party and inviting them through there should work. Make sure you have notifications enabled.
No, and I have tried this on both origin and ea desktop
I have the PS5 version and my son has the PS4 version. Has anyone had any luck with removing friends then adding them back?
