I'm referring to the saves location (my franchise save file). By default they are saved in "C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Madden NFL 22\Saves"

Can I change that?

The download location will be where future saves will go. What I would do is move the save files that exist on the C drive to the folder you have Madden on for your other drive and make sure any duplicate files on the other drive are removed.
