did using EA app solve the problem? I'm going through the same problems and nothings seems to work. Now I'm stuck downloading madden again with my phone internet to try and play it again.
@G_Santana47 I have the same problem and using the EA app didn't solve it. However, there are some possible ways I've compiled to fix it. The first one is to set both the EA app and Madden to always run as Administrator. This will increase the time between crashes in my experience. The second one, which unfortunately doesn't work for me but did for someone else, is to set the game's priority to Realtime in Task Manager. My computer is already mostly maxed out playing the game, so I don't have additional resources to dedicate towards keeping the game running, but it might work for you. Hope this works, tell me if it does/doesn't!
